Hi Guys, is it ok to do strength training when 40 pounds overweight?
Aslo can i do ripped in thirty straight off or do i need to lose the pounds first, i want to tone and shed inches, My goal is to lose 40 pounds and drop from a uk 16-18 to a uk 8-10 , i just want to be sure to take the right steps, im willing to do what it takes , iv just started circuit training , boxing and using dumbells , i just want to make sure i am on the right track, Thanks :)
