Not enough carbs?? Too much Fiber??? HELP!!

I've opened up my food log if anyone could take a look and tell me if this looks okay, I'd appreciate it! Any suggestions are welcome too! Thank you!!:flowerforyou:

    It looks great. Don't worry about it. A diet high in fiber is good for your cholesterol and colon health...the RDA is too low anyhow. Don't worry about your carbs. Some days you'll stay under...somedays you'll go over. To loose weight it's all about the calories.

    Your diet looks better than 99% of what I see, including what is on here, you are setting a great example.

    The only I would do if I were you is change your food goals slightly. Go to Goals, click "change goals" select custom and increase your protein % up 5 % and your carbs down 5% which will reflect your diet more closely. I take the MFP recommendations for Fiber and protein as minimums and the carbs and fat as maximum amounts. Excellent job.

    Eric, I did decrease the carbs and increase the protein ~ now my protein isn't in the red, thanks!!
