Too much fruit???

Is the amount of fruit I'm eating in a day too much???
For example, today I had a banana, 3 clementines, 1.5 cups of honeydew melon, 1 apple, and 1.5 cups of cantaloupe. I know there's a lot of sugar in fruit but a lot of info I've researched says its okay because it's natural and the body digests it easier. I just love fruit sooooo much but I wanna know if it's possible I'm overdoing it??

Yowza, to me that is a ton a fruit. That's more fruit then I eat in two weeks when I'm not making myself green smoothies. Even then, I do about 80% veggies and 20% fruit in those, just enough to add some sweetness.
I tend to lean towards eating mostly veggies and then maybe one serving of fruit every other day or so. I used to eat one serving of fruit a day but found that it just felt better and I tended to lose better when I kept the fruit cut down.
But if you're losing weight just fine and not having any ill effects, then I'm not one to tell you to stop. Just be wary of the calories, carbs, and sugar you're racking up. That's almost 500 calories in just fruit alone, with about 88g of sugar and 117g of carbs.0
