OMG im going crazy

ok i swear im going crazy with my body
for 40 days i did log all my food on myfplanaround 1200 1400 1700 somedays i did go ver 2000
i did 3 to 4 k a day i starting to see change on my body i felt light
i love it
sooo what happened this past fraiday we moved to diff city so i had
tacos bill on fraidy coz you know moving boxes driving on the road
no time to make salad
on sat i had pizza hut delivery
and sun i ate steak and shake
today im up to where i start 40 days ago even my body feel uhu
im really feeling down why 3 days will erase 40 days of working hard

    Sounds like sodium water weight gain. Once you return to your normal healthy diet the scale should reflect the loss.

    Don't panic... The reversal is temporary. Your hard work still matters... Get back on track NOW! Stop the slide, grab ahold again and get back on track. You can do it, and you will see results.

    Hold on now. Do not panic. What has happened is you've gained water weight. All that salty food has caused your body to hold onto water to dilute that salt. So just get back on your healthy food plan, drink plenty of water, and stay off the scale for a week. You'll be fine.

    some binge will make it seems like you've gained a billon pounds. But, just go back to doing what you were doing and it will "come off" easier than you think!

    Eat a lot of bananas and sweet potatoes or orange juice. Potassium will help your sodium level off and the water weight will come off in a few days.

    Biochemistry. What you should be more concerned about is losing fat, not just the numbers on the scale.
    Right now the numbers on the scale are reflecting bloating (= water) because of all the salt you have eaten.

    Start eating sensibly again, eat less salty food, get some exercise in, and you will be back on board.
