Hello all! This is my first time doing anything like this such as tracking what I eat and how much I exercise. When I graduated from college with my bachelors degree i weight 140lbs. I gained the weight just like everyone else does when they are in college. While doing my grad work I began to work out again and lost the weight and went back to being almost 120lbs. I looked and felt great! 5 months ago I moved in with my boyfriend, out of my hometown, and starting my first year as a teacher. Since I've moved in, I have gained most of that weight back and I am disgusted with myself that I could actually let that happen. I know that 140lbs is not that heavy, but for me it is and I feel gross. I am 25 years old and I know that the older I get, the harder it is to lose weight so I know I just have to keep with it. :-)
