so it's that time of the month for me soon.. and today I ended up eating 1900 calories instead of my regular 1300.. just wondering if any of you ladies jump up calories wise around then? I feel super guilty! Will one day of extra calories affect my weekly weigh in? should I just skip it to avoid disappointment?

Skip it, you're probably retaining water anyways. Just go back to normal tomorrow and move on. One day won't undo many good days.0

And just to keep it in context -- I eat between 1700-1900 calories when I'm cutting.0
