New Proform 790t doesn't work!

This is probably a strange topic, but has anyone had problems with a brand new Proform treadmill?? The belt part works fine; the incline just isn't working...like at all. It doesn't even make a noise and pretend like it's going to move. Because of this, we can't move the incline up some in order to attach the storage bar. So, this giant thing is spread across my bedroom, and I really have no clue what my next move is. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
