Weight Loss and Dry Skin

I forgot to add that I tend to wear white when working out, which isn't exactly street and trails friendly, so I needed to use Spray n Wash on my windbreaker, shorts and socks without gloves. Did you opt for any chemical like product during your 19 lbs loss, which may have exacerbated the dryness? Considering that you are currently in Afghanistan, you may use Vicks vapor rub on your hands and feet to address the bacteria and fungus. I do not know why it works, but it does, most especially when you are having to wear boots in humid terrain where transference from feet to hands can occur.0
