Hi there, I have my calories set to 1275 for about 8 months now. It actually isnt really helping me with losing weight much. Its keeping me about the same. I recently have been very active regularly I do eat something afterwards for protein. My problem is, i find 1-2 days after my intense workouts (sometimes longer) I get insane hungry. I will eat a small snack with protein in it and an hour later I am so hungry.
Should I up my calories? By how much? Any other advice?

You should be eating your exercise calories back and it sounds like you're not, is this correct?0

What is your bmr and your tdee? I'm guessing that you need to up your calories at least a couple hundred. How much weight do you still have to lose? What kinds of workouts are you doing?
You need to be sure that you are eating between your bmr and tdee and try to eat back half of your exercise cals unless you are close to tdee. Good luck!0 -
After an intense workout it is recommended to get some fast acting carbohydrates into your system. You need the carbs to get the protein to where it is supposed to go. Your post workout meal is supposed to be your most important one. You may also want to eat another meal about an hour after that, as well.
Depending on your body type, you may not want to pay so much attention to the scale. Pay attention to how your clothes are fitting, the way you look, and the way you feel.0 -
I want to lose 40lbs more. i weigh 182 right now and I'm 5'7". My types of workouts are usually..Spin classes, running outside/tredmill at a steady pace. I use some circuit training, i do loads of squat/sumo/lunge combos. and some weights. I usually workout about 1-2 hours at a time.0
