I am starting this tonight and wondered how you log this? Is it strength training or do you burn calories too?

    Kim - i had a quick look - looks like you can log yoga tiem under cardio - but as it looks like its perhaps a bit more intense with lunges etc then i'd perhaps add those in as a seperate line as well under strength ....??
