I have an elliptical machine in the house, at least I think it's an elliptical!, the only thing that annoys me about it doesn't have arms that move along as you go, it's just a rounded handle to hold on to. Does this mean the machine is only working out my lower half? My upper body strength is ridiculously low so if this isn't helping I'd rather know now!

Its a cardio machine so its working your lungs and heart.
Your legs will feel it but its just like walking around really.
Use your body for resistance training and just go for a walk after.

Thanks for clearing that up. So I can use it if the weather gets too bad to walk outside really!
And thanks for that Nerd Fitness, it looks great!0 -
Don't hold onto the bars and ue a walking motion. You can always hold weights in your hands and do curls, etc.0
