So my manager just asked me what I knew about the ACAI Berry Diet... I told her not to try any of that fad diet stuff and just get some exercise and start earting right!

So what do people know about it? Have you or anyone every tried it? I need something to talk her out of it!

    I tried it for 3 weeks - You are right! There is no magic out there. Just hard work! She will be wasting her money!

    I heard the same thing. it's just like the whole Hoodia thing. so many money making scams out there! It's all about eating healthy/portion control and exercise. you gave good advice :happy:
