Anybody else cooking Gluten Free for the holidays?

As I've been trying to switch over to Gluten Free cooking (just because it helps me eat a little cleaner) it's been interesting to see all the different recipes that I enjoy that are naturally Gluten Free. I found a tasty looking recipe for Gluten Free stuffing on the website Gluten Free Godess that I'll be trying out!

Ive just been told I have celaics deases but last year I was told I am now diabetic.
I'm looking for any help with cooking anything to accomadate both these conditions..
