re-starting for the last time

i have done all of this before. i have exercised... i have gotten small rewarding results... i have given up... i have started back again and again.
this time, i'm starting for the last time. i want to see nothing but improvement!
i'll log in everyday, if not, shame on me. i'm probably off track!
i'd like to have some friends who have same goals as me. to support and to encourage each other.
i'm on the end of the "healthy zone" according to my BMI, i look fine, i wear M or S size clothes. i've been somewhat considered skinny or normal my whole life. but i want to get rid of rolls in my stomach and have 6 pack abs.
as much as i'm chasing after the fat loss, i'm very focused on the muscle gain.
my ultimate goal is to look like a ballerina,.... to have their perfect body and strong leg muscles. plus the abs
join my journey and we'll achieve it!
