Hi!

I have a tub of quark in my fridge that's going out of date soon.

Any ideas on what I can do with it? I have a few dessert recipes but I was hoping for savory.

Prepare a quark-oil-dough and fill it with feta cheese and spinache.

For 1 bakingtray you need 150gr quark, 1 egg, 6 tablespoons good oil, 1 pich salt, 250gr. flour, 2 teaspoons baking powder.
