Can any one recommend recipes or websites with recipes? Good things to snack on that are healthy cheap and filling?
A little info so that I get the right kind of help... I'm in the UK, tend to do most of my food shopping in Tesco but have a very limited budget.

http://www.skinnytaste.com/ and http://www.cookinglight.com/ are great websites for great cooking ideas. Put your own spin on them and they will be even better. Really any website with recipes will be good. just make simple changes to the recipes to make them lower in fat and calories like using 98% fat free cream of mushroom soups and light butter, or skim milk, 2% cheese instead of regular. It's the small things that will add up.0
