White Chicken Chili.

i can northern beans, one chicken breast, and one seasoning packet of White chicket chili by McCormick.

Just cook the chicken, shred it, toss it in the beans, add seasoning packet and add water to get your desired consistency. I usually get two servings out of the recipe but Im a big guy so i use it as a big meal. It could easily be used for 4 portions. It comes out to be about 260 calories per bowl when I yeild 2 servings. It is great a full of flavor. Sometimes I only use half the packet of seasoning to reduce my sodium intake
