Motivation needed - Switzerland or US?

I keep getting in Fitness ruts. I am currently doing Turbo Fire, but am lacking a bit in motivation. I have seen results and am happy, but need to find a way to keep it going! It seems to be 1 week on, 1 week off....and a pain to get out of bed in the morning ;-) I have 2 little kids and the only time that I can work out is in the early morning or at night (night doesn't happen often!)
