NSV: Best good morning surprise- I did Pushups!

So, I have been trying to increase my strength. From past few weeks, I pumped iron in gym here and there. I tried to do at least one or two sets of 3 half-push-ups (where I go as far as I can, but I never reach near the floor ) everyday.
Today, this awesome morning, after my quick jog, I started doing half-push-ups. But, my nose touched the ground! I did a real push up! I stopped after 3 push-ups. I checked my form. I did total 10 of them then! Whaao! I am overwhelmed as I type this. :cry: I had to share it :happy: my sweet NSV!
All my running makes me pretty strong in my legs but ignores my upper body strength. I reward myself after every race. For the upcoming Atlanta half-marathon, this is the best gift I could give myself. :flowerforyou:

    WTG. Sadly I still suck at them but push myself daily

    Awesome! I've graduated from doing them against the wall to doing them at counter height, but have yet to do a full one.
