Exercise TV on Direct TV?

I am about to move to a place that has Direct TV I was just wondering if Exercise TV is available or only on Cox/Timewarner? Does anybody know?

    DirectTV has a channel called FITTV (Fitness Television) that has different workout programs, routines, healthy cooking shows, everything to do with fitness.
    Most of the exercise programs come on during the day and a couple at night most of them before 7pm, after that they show some informercials and what not.
    They have everything from Namaste Yoga, to Shimmy (belly dancing workout) , to Bhangra dancing, total body workouts with different trainers. I like Sharon Mann, she is very energetic!

    Thaks for the response...FitTV is actually on Cox as well. I am quite familiar with it. I've done almost all of the workouts thewy have onh there. I like it but wish they would offer some new programs...they repeat a lot of them. But I do appreciate your input. :)
