finished the 30 day shred,
ARMS when't form 12.3inch to 11.4 inches, on the arms I lost a lot of the flabby stuff and got a bigger muscle.
WAIST started at 34.6 inches to 33 inches
LOWER STOMACH 41 inches to 37 inches
HIPs 42.6 inches to 42 inches
I messed up on the thigh measurements so I won't share that But during the 30 day shred I when't form weighing 184.4 p to 177.7 p so I lost 6.7 pounds. Granted my last week I ate really bad food and when't over my calories and I wasn't eating how she suggests you should eat.

Now that its over I want to keep up so what do you do after the 30 day shred? I was thinking of starting over again with level 2 seeing how I part of the time I was doing the easier moves.

How about Jillian Michal's Body Revolution., Chalean Extreme, Turbofire, P90x or Insanity.

Ripped in 30 is the one most similar to 30 day shred. The transition from 30 day shred to Body revolution might be a bit much, its 3 months not one and the moves are a bit trickier then in 30 ds but if you are up for it just GO!

Best place to get Insanity is Beachbody site. I think Amazon do it too.

I've on,y done BR but read a lot about the others. You can see clips on YouTube.

Seeing how much weight I am working on losing its going to take longer than three months, so a program to keep me on track for three months sounds great, not the lest bit scary. Trickier that's why I was wondering if I should get level 2 and 3 down pat so I wasn't doing modifications at all, before I do some thing harder like insanity or the 90 day thing.

Thanks I should be getting an amazon gift card this year, so I'll use that.

Another option is to go with Body revolution but do it in your own pace and do each workout for as long as you need to progress to the next phase.

I don't know how it is intense wise, but The Biggest Loser Weight Loss Yoga. Once you know what you're dong, it can be very relaxing adn I remember how amazing my body felt when I did it.

I think you have a good idea about doing level 2 and 3 over again ....you could also do them back to back like sometimes i do level 3 then level 1 its a great whole body workout.....
    also great results!!!!!!!!!!! :)

Great work on 30 Day Shred!

I did 30 day shred 2 years ago and started Body Revolution in August. I'm almost done and it's one of the best things I've done. I think Jillian does a good job of being intense without overwhelming you. It's 35 minutes a day - easier than 45-60 minute workouts. I've gone from 180 to 165 and am stronger than I've ever been. It has taken me longer than 90 days (more like 115) because I got sick, but I stuck with it.

There are a lot of 30DS moves in Body Revolution so you're already at an advantage. You will get stronger though out the program as well :)
