I decided to be brave (ahem... bullied) and go back to Kettlebell today. I admit, I've been a slacker about going- but I HAVE been going to Barre and Zumba classes 6 days a week for several hours each. ANYWAY, I went and did the following workout;
Warm up
Deadlifts 5x5
For time (20 min)
Squat Thrusts x 30
Pull Ups x 30
Pledge Push Ups x 30
Ball Slams x 30
Knees to Elbow x 30
American Swings x 30
Ring Rows x 30
Hindu Push Ups x 30
BW Lunges per leg x 30
Ab Mat Sit Ups x 30
I actually did that- all of it, and didn't die. A few months ago i would've just looked at that list and cried, let alone do it at 6am, then go to work! Knowing that I still need to go to Zumba tonight, makes me kinda feel like a beast, and I'm kinda lovin' it!

Definitely Beast Mode! Congrats! Just looking at that does make me want to cry , especially 30 pull-ups!0 -
