Three bites - One to taste, Two to savor, and Three to finish.

Then throw out the rest so you aren't tempted. LOL :)

I can relate! Something that has helped me tremendously is eating more protein and less sodium (aim for 1,500-2,000). Whenever I eat processed food, which means higher sodium content, I then crave sweets. By cutting down the sodium, I crave less sweets. Good luck!

Craving sugar? Eat a pickle! I don't know why but this works for me.
  • It may not work for everybody, but what works for me is a nice vanilla protein shake. Even though I'm a chocolate fan, the vanilla works WONDERS. I use Pro Nutrition whey isolate in french vanilla. It's my T.O.M and I was dying for some chocolate / ice cream / cakes but just had a shake and now I can't even stand the thought of something else sweet. My sweet tooth is HUGE btw. The shake with almond milk is only 180 calories with 4g of carbohydrate, only 1 gram from sugar!

*oh I don't work for the brand lol just stating that a protein shake of pretty much any brand (probably vanilla) will murder your sweet tooth

Had the same thing tonight. I mixed a scoop of protein powder with Greek yoghurt, strangely satisfying.
If that doesn't work, wash it down with some ice cold water :)
