Hey all
First post on the MFP forums!
I'm using MFP to monitor my calorie intake to increase my weight through increased muscle mass. I'm at the gym every other day and also take protein shakes to supplement my diet. I've been recording everything I eat and am now consistently achieving 3000+ cals per day. MFP has been really helpful for me as I was previously just guessing how much I ate and looking back, I think I've been under-eating by about 20% for months, which sort of explains why my weight has remained stable. Anyway, thumbs up for MFP!
