iPhone/iPad apps for Strength/Weights?

I am searching and not finding what I'm looking for: an app that helps you keep track of your weights/reps/(and machine settings, when I go to the gym). Is there such a thing?

    I use this, it doesn't just keep track, you can set a routine, and it has a rest timmer.

    fitness buddy it keeps track of everything you mentioned and also has a library of exercises with vids so you can add new stuff to your routine. It also has exercises targeted towards women, body weight only, kettle bells, big arms, big chest and others. It is a very good app
