Hello fellow MFP's.
I did a Cardio DVD tonight, and after completing my workout I came here to fill out my exercise log. Is there any way to calculate calories burned from workout DVDs? I completely guessed, and I really don't want to guess at my logs on here.
Thanks for your help!!

The best way is to get a heart rate moniter. Thats what I did and it sure does help. Good luck,0

I had a similar question earlier this week, and I as advised to put it under cardio and whatever the intensity was.. Quite a few MFP'ers mentioned getting a Heart Rate Monitor, as it will help providing specific cal burned..
Hope this helped!0 -
Yes, a heart rate monitor is the way to go! I have one and it's out for repair - so I should have known the answer.
Thanks so much!0
