How Do You Log Cross Fit Stuff?

Title speaks for itself.

I did a Tabata class as the YMCA and they keep scheduling them really late in the evening when I want to be home.

So, tonight, I thought, well, I can do that without someone telling me what to do.

I did a hard 30 mins on the elliptical and then did a LONG workout session of Tabata Cross Fit type stuff (using my body weight) in the basketball gym.

I'm just trying to figure out how to log it in my log.

FWIW, I finished with wind sprints and 2 guys (who watched me do almost all of my stuff while playing ball) yelled GET IT GIRL!!

Made me feel good.

    i log it under the strength training option under cardio

    and yeah, get it girl!!
