Calories Question

Do I have to eat my total calories? Will I still loose if I don't eat them every day. I'm just the opposite, I don't want to go over so I think I need to eat less for any error in my calorie counting.

    Depends what your target is...mine is 1250, and I don't usually go over that, but if I eat less than 1200 I get the "starvation mode" warning. So I try to keep it between those two numbers.

    Also, if you're working out, you probably want to eat all of your target calories plus some of the calories you earn by exercise.

    I try to eat all mine and not go over but somedays I go a little over but it seems I make up for it another day when I am to busy to eat!!!
