Crispy Roasted Chick Peas
Rinse chickpeas and then dry with paper towel, remove loose skins (they should be completely dry) drizzle with olive oil. Bake at 400 for 40 minutes or 325 for convect. Make them crispy and not soft. Season with salt and any other seasoning I.e. creole, etc.
