Sorry all for the non fitness or fun post but this was an Amber Alert that was released here in Wyoming this afternoon:

Kidnapped girl is two and has medical needs and does not have medication with, non custodial parent (mother) has history of suicide attempts and drug problems.

Thought I would post here since they think the suspect might be headed to California or Mexico.
