A cure to obesity

I was watching a weight loss make over program once and the morbidly obese man described himself as having a terminal disease that could be cured with diet and exercise.
That hit home with me, seeing so many people with illnesses that they could not control, and dying of cancer etc that nothing more could be done for them, but I could lose weight and be healthy, I have the cure to my life threatening problem. How awesome is that

    This is so very, very true and inspiring. I'm already at goal, but it can be applied to many other areas in my life.
