Hi
So last night I fell asleep reading through the success stories and looking at the before and after pics.

So many inspiring people on here, it has really made me give myself a kick up the bum and give this a real go. No fads, no quick fixes, just a healthy eating 1200 Cal plan, and exercise when I can. I'm registered disabled as I have fibromyalgia and M.E. so get a lot of pain and fatigue, but I can start swimming again and do gentle stretches and walking

I need to do this now, started at 237 and lost 3lb last week, but when you look at my food diary there are lots of changes I could make
So if I start slipping, gimme a slap lol

    I did mine without exercise. I did a bit of zumba and wii fit in the early days but the last time I exercised properly was in April. It IS possible to do this without exercise. Stick to your 1200, that's what I did

    Good luck! My mam has Fibromyalgia, I am familiar with the condition
