Looking to lose around 7kg... Anyone want to join me? :)

Hi guys, I'm new here and looking to lose around 7kg to get back to the usual weight I always was before I went through a stressful year and comfort ate a lot.

I'm on a long break now so have plenty of time and a good state of mind to pay attention to exercising every day and eating well. :)

I would love some support though, so if anyone has similar goals and is keen to be motivate and support one another, please reply here with your starting weight, goals, etc, and we can try to get a weekly weigh in thing going! Thanks!

  • Forgot to add, my starting weight is 55kg, and my goal weight is 48kg, hoping to go slowly and lose no more than about 0.5kg a week. My plan is to do the 30 day shred, so that's 20 mins of exercise a day, and eat well... Regular balanced meals, but with more veggies than I usually eat and less chocolates/cakes etc (1 serve a day)!
