What should my goal be?

What up, guys!

Okay so, I'm currently 55kg after a year of comfort eating several packets of oreos a night and doing no exercise whatsoever... I always was 48kg though.

I'm thinking of losing some weight and getting back to my original weight (not gonna do a drastic crash diet or anything at all, just going to exercise 20 mins a day and eat 2000 calories a day as opposed to my current many more than that)

But what I want to know is does my goal weight seem good? I'm 168 cm, female and naturally very ectomorphic (fine bone structure, no muscles), so even though my BMI's currently normal, my body fat % is through the roof, hence the need for weight loss!

Don't want to be skeletal or anything, some fat's good for me I know, it's just I want to get rid of the excess

So, thoughts?

I would advise you to search and read Dan's in place of a road map plan. The revised one explains things really well, and the links are cool to work out your body fat percentage and bmr etc
Its helped me get my head round what goals to set myself anyway x
