before, and after

I started using mfp as a means to loose weight, and I did. But now, I use it to keep me in line. This is the most effective way I've found to not only help me loose weight, but help me eat healthier too. I started this program at 168, and am currently 140 and now have the ability to run 3miles in 26 min. Every time you want to give up, push yourself that much harder. It might not seam like it to you, but it will when others start to take notice.. At least that's when it happened for me.. :) I have before and after shots in my photo gallery. They would be here but I don't know how to do that yet lol. Thanks for listening

    Thanks for the motivation this morn. :happy: Im still in the process of losing weight.. lately i havent been motivated much..
    Congrats on your weight loss and the being able to run 3 miles in 26 mins. i hope to achieve that one day
