You could make what I like to call an "impasta" salad because I make it just as I would pasta salad but use spaghetti squash.

Microwave or bake spaghetti squast until it is softened but not mushy.
    Discards seeds
Pull out the 'spaghetti and allow to cool completely
Mix cooked kidney or other red beans and plenty of chopped vegetables
Add cooled squash, mix well and top with a vinaigrette dressing.

**I am not suggesting pasta salad is not also healthy, but at Thanksgiving there will likely be more than enough carbs already

Look up broccoli salad on allrecipes.

I'm taking my version that has broccoli, raisins, red onion, bacon pieces and the dressing is just low fat mayo or miracle whip with apple cider vinegar and a little bit of sugar or no cal sweetner. You can also add some walnuts or pecans.

I'm sorry I don't have a recipe with proportions but there should be one the internet somewhere.

    Happy Thanksgiving!

I'd do a fruity salad, spinach greens and romaine, craisins (these rule!!), red onion, walnuts, cucumber, goat cheese crumbles, maybe cut up strawberry slices, and make your own raspberry vinagrette.

I don't even typically like brussel sprouts, but a friend of mine made this and it's divine!

While I applaud the idea, it's Thanksgiving. And nobody eats salad on Thanksgiving. Just saying. It's one day. Enjoy it.

Turkey, spring mix salad greens, a little dry stove top mix (as croutons) and cranberry sauce with maybe a cranberry vinaigrette!

My favorite is spinach, almonds, halved cherry tomatoes, small cut up chicken breast or turkey bacon and a light vinaigrette.
