I'm so very proud of myself today and I just have to toooot my horn....

Its official....I've lost 100 lbs!! OMGosh!!! I'm thrilled! I'm now halfway to my goal and feeling great! It took a month longer than I had as a goal, but those plateaus can really get ya.

I'm so excited and just wanted to share...if you're out there and struggling....DONT GIVE UP!! You can do this if you just keep pushing...keep striving...refuse to give up and return to your old ways.

You are worth the hard work and effort you put into this journey!!!
