Swwet potatos for Thanksgiving

Anyone have a recipe for a casserole or side dish of sweet potatoes they would like to share? I love sweet potatoes, but the traditional casseroles most people bring are waaaay too sweet for my taste. This year I am making it and am hoping for a winner!

I just take a whole yam and bake it till tender put splenda , diet butter, and cinamen on it to taste. (just one serving tho)
