Congrats on your weight loss. My 25 yr. old nephew lost 75 pounds, too... and now... he likes to find out if anyone sees him as good looking. I wondered why he likes to go to restaurants and stores with his mother and me. He flirts with the waitresses and store clerks. You look awesome.... Take it from me.... and do your best to maintain your good health.0

Congrats to everyone that has lost! I need help! I am stuck! I work out at least 4 times a week for 30 mins at a time. I use my MFP to log my food, but my weight is not going down and has not for months now! What am I doing wrong? How is everyone else losing it?0

Honestly, my original goal was to lose 85 total... but I may change my mind when I get there and add some more muscle. Still a work in progress.That's my brother right there!!! So proud! So thankful for all your support!!
