new moms o trying to lose pregnancy weight and get fit

Hi ,
I am a new mom to a beautiful baby girl. She is a month and a half old. I gained 45 pounds and lost 20 when she came out, but I still need to lose over 30 pounds to attain my goal weight. I am trying to eat healthy, but its difficult to kick out the bad habits that you develop when you are pregnant (eat whatever you want ). I am trying to increase my protein and fiber intake and cut the carb. Its hard, but I am trying. Also trying to exercise. I am trying to hit the gym atleast 3 days and week, do 30 mins of treadmill and some free hand exercises. Also some yoga when the days I am not going to the gym. I have to go back to work Jan 1st, want to lose atleast 10-15 lbs before that. I know it is a tough goal, but I am going to try to achieve it.

I'm not a 'new' mom per se, but nonetheless, I got pregnant, fat and never lost the weight!! My initial goal was 33lbs, and I'm down 10, so 23 more to go!! Feel free to add me!!0
