aside from food intake, exercise, and lbs/stones or inches lost...

I have this spreadsheet going on where I track my daily steps (pedometer)
but I have also started to track other items as well
just wondering how crazy I may be...

    My fitbit tracks steps and stairs for me.
    My personal trainer tracks strength for me in my log.
    I also track weight and body fat via a fitbit scale.

    Oh and I track cardio workouts - my average weekly cardio calorie burn has gone from 1440 to 3180 in the last three months....

    If I can do a $ symbol.... X is nothing. Just gets weird when you have to stop and reposition.

    my monthly - b/c it occurs sometimes MUCH more frequently than the poops (sometimes 6-8 months straight/daily, then sometimes 6 weeks without - and yes, this IS normal for me, and I have seen the doctor and had surgery...)

    and now my migraines - just trying to find patterns/associations...

    I am so much more boring than the average poster.

    oh, and aside from actual steps, I also track my "active walking time" (periods of > 10 minutes walking)...

    Used to do that when I was teenager...wish I kept track to know how many times during my life.

    I sleep with my fitbit so I can monitor how well I sleep.

    I track calories eaten and burned, vitamin and mineral intake vs RDA, water and caffeine intake (easy to go overboard), steps taken, sleep time, weight and measurements and I started keeping a stopwatch to track how long I am working verses screwing around (I work from home now and it's very easy to get distracted if I leave the studio for a 'break,' but I also get really busy too and forget to do things like eat for hours on end)

    If you want some TMI I check my pee color when I can't remembered if I took my multivitamin. : /

    First of all I knew you were talking about this lol. And as an AVID crapper I can tell you its not a normal day unless I go about 3 times more. I generally go after every meal :-) Whats crazy is when my fiber intake gets to high I get crazy constipated :-/ Whats up with that???
