On their website: "We offer a series of flexible eating programmes ranging from 440kcal – 1500kcal per day. All these programmes incorporate our meal replacement products."
RUN for the hills!!!
Eat a balanced diet with ENOUGH calories and get some excercise..... 440 cals a day???? Meal replacement products? Nope.....0 -

if it helps you maintain a caloric deficit by using their products AND you can afford to buy them, it will work.
However, it isn't magic and probably not something you would want to do for the rest of your life.
If it is to get to your goal weight only, be aware that when you get to your goal weight, you will then need to learn how eat the way you can learn now without spending money on their products.
(I did not look at their ingredients but I would be wary of blind ingredients like "proprietary blends" and I do not advise soy products)0 -
thank you for your advice,I am going to give it a go, as I am the type of person that needs a regime, and I need a kick up the bum!!! LesX0
