Strength Training websites for Newbies

For anyone out there who is like myself in the ways of getting too nervous to try something new just because we've never done it before (and would rather have a babysitter around until we get it right), here's some inspiration that might get you the motivation to tackle strength training on your own! I just restarted strength training again last week after a three month hiatus, and these websites are really helping me out, so I thought I'd share them:
---
http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/
BodyBuilding.com may be geared more towards people who are hardcore about their workouts, but the information on their website in regards to how to do exercises is indispensible! You can watch videos and read descriptions about each part of the body and how to work it out, giving you options to play around with. It's usually best to keep a workout routine for only a couple months at a time, and then start a new one so that your body doesn't get too used to it and make it easier for you to accomplish these exercises.

About.com's Exercise section is also filled with a lot of great information! Unfortunately, the website is filled with distracting ads, so unless your mind's filter is strong, it's easy to get discouraged or annoyed with the format of the pages. The information is solid though, with lots of helpful ideas and tips on all different ways to work out.

SuperWorkoutGuru's YouTube page has some short & sweet videos about a few exercises and tips that are delivered in a really straightforward way. I don't know the two people that are in the videos, but I like how personable they are. That, and I finally understood what "engage your abs" means with their help
