new and a little lost!Count Calories or Carbs?

Hi im jane im 24 and from ireland,working in a gym 5 years now but struggling to sell something with the appearence that i obviously dont believe in what im selling! not much to lose but still failing constantly so could use to encouragment from this site!Also the staff here has always reccomend counting carbs over calories what works for everyone else?

    I try to ony eat the calories that MFP says I should have for my settings and I have been steadily losing. I track my carbs on here but don't really worry about them. I love a lot of high carb foods and don't really want to give them up. As long as watching calories is working for me that's what I'll stick with. Welcome to MFP.

    Thanks leanne guess ill just have to see what works for me!past few days ive eating nothing but steak chicken fish veg and when i finally had a shortbread cake today i hated myself for it!Guess my biggest problem will be losing that defeated outlook
