Self care

Hey all,

I'm very fond of the little supportive writing suggestions that are in this forum, so I decided to start one.

Self care is what this site is all about, right? And it comes in a lot of different forms. What is one thing you can do to better care for yourself today, that perhaps you don't normally do? It might not be fitness related - by the way - or it might! Let's here it!
P.S. this is not meant to be a guilt yourself thing as much as a reflective way to find on small change to make today. :)

Mine is....hm....I can spend more time stretching my muscles since I often neglect that part of a work out. Maybe yoga since I like the meditative quality to that.
