Mexican Chicken Tamale...

For those of you that make these at home... what does your nutritional content look like?

I had one for lunch today at our potluck... from what I've seen on the web they range from 190-250.. (I logged 250 just in case)

The information, I've found to be most helpful is here:

*** I should add that it was very dry, no sauce... almost just seemed like dough and chicken... and I did not use any sauce with it either...

Well I have no idea of what they typically are, but I would have done what you did - a little research and pick a higher calorie count. Even if you're a little off - it is one single meal and there will likely be days when you underestimate things and days when you overestimate things and in the end it all balances out.
