Do you just follow the exercise or both the exercise and eating plan. What results did you get?

I have been following the lifting and a modified version of the eating plan. I am liking my results so far, wish I had something more concrete so say about them lol - I really need to do measurements. It is a great program, there is also a group for it , join us! Lots of great people and info there.
