having a good times = so much food and drink! help!

first time i'm posting here and hope to find lots of support and encouragement!

so far i feel with the stage of life i'm in and the career path includes lots of socializing and networking etc (which usually includes drinking and then hangovers = lots of unnecessary calories!

finally am done with my bartending job (which included lots of shots!) and on to something else. I have gained about 20 lbs in the past 3 years and am looking to shed some weight and get healthy!

with the holidays coming up any tips on healthy living over the holidays would be super helpful!!!!!
