    I'm thinking of just quick logging 1,000,000 calories and calling it good :) It's Thanksgiving for crying out loud. One day per year! EAT UP! Then have pie.

    I have been so focused on calories and avoiding food, I think its a great opportunity to live real life. I realize I have to eventually learn to be around tempting foods and live with my choices, good/bad/ugly. Hopefully I can make great choices, have a good time and enjoy myself.

    I found the turkey that we are making tomorrow but on the nutritional facts it doesn't say if its before or after cooking. Do you think Its before or after?

    I have no idea...ill assume its before cooking because everyone uses different spices and such when they cook it
