I've been on MFP for about a month, and my first period since starting dieting/exercising was almost a week early. I've been on the pill for three years and this has never happened... also, my cramps are worse than usual. I know that sometimes diet, stress, etc. can change your periods, but I haven't made very drastic changes to my lifestyle and didn't expect this to happen on the pill-- can anyone reassure me?

I think this is a question for your health care provider. Yes, diet and exercise can impact your cycle.
I work out pretty hard core, which has let to my periods being a little further apart- about 4-1/2 - 5 weeks. And they are intense and shorter. But because I am so physical, that is why I know it is for me- but I also ran it past my dr0 -
I agree-ask your doctor. I had the same problem 2 months ago-scared the bejeezers out of me. last month, no problems. And this month it's trying to be weird again. I have a thyroid issue, so that affects mine as well. but thankfully my dr was able to reassure me that it's mostly because i go "balls to the wall" (honest to goodness, his words) on everything.
don't wonder about it-just call, i'm sure they'll answer any questions!0
